Mom's Sweet Potato Crisp

Ingredients
  

  • 40 ounce(s) can cut sweet potatoes, drained
  • 8 ounce(s) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup(s) chopped apples
  • 2/3 cup(s) chopped cranberries
  • 1/2 cup(s) old-fashioned or quick-cooking oats, uncooked
  • 1/2 cup(s) flour
  • 1/3 cup(s) cold butter or margarine
  • 1/4 cup(s) chopped Planters Pecans
  • 3/4 cup(s) firmly packed brown sugar, (will be divided)
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Beat cream cheese, sweet potatoes, 1/4 cup of the sugar and cinnamon with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
  • Spoon into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish; top with apples and cranberries.
  • Stir flour, oats and remaining 1/2 cup sugar in medium bowl.
  • Incrementally cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs, then stir in pecans.
  • Sprinkle over fruit mixture.
  • Bake 35-40 minutes or until heated through.
