Presto Spinach Salad
Lettuce introduce you to a salad that's sure to change the way you look at roughage. Set those same old iceberg salads aside and give this scrumptious spinach salad a spin. You won't think twice about eating green.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup(s) olive oil
- 9 teaspoon(s) sugar
- 2 tablespoon(s) white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoon(s) sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) dry mustard
- 6 ounce(s) pkg. spinach, washed and dried
- 1/2 cup(s) chopped walnuts, toasted
- 1/2 cup(s) dried cranberries
- 2 3/5 ounce(s) goat cheese, crumbled, optional
Instructions
- In a shaker jar combine the oil, sugar, vinegar, sour cream and mustard.
- Shake well.
- Divide spinach among four salad plates.
- Drizzle with dressing.
- Sprinkle with the walnuts, cranberries and goat cheese, if desired.
