Seafood Sausage
It may sound a bit bizarre, but there's nothing fishy about this seafood sausage. Swimming in goodness, it's white fish, salmon and shrimp all rolled into one.
Ingredients
- 5 3/10 ounce(s) white fish
- 5 3/10 ounce(s) salmon
- 5 3/10 ounce(s) shrimp
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
- 83/1000 ounce(s) fennel seeds
- 2 egg whites
- 1/3 teaspoon(s) white pepper
- 1 Juice from 1 lemon
- 1/16 teaspoon(s) parsley
- 1/16 teaspoon(s) paprika
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in food processor.
- Chop until coarse.
- Do not over-chop.
- Lay out one 14-inch long strip of plastic wrap.
- Spoon out sausage lengthwise on film.
- Roll into log 1 inch thick.
- Tie up log on ends and tie every 6 inches.
- Submerge sausage, still in the plastic wrap, in boiling water.
- Cook 1-5 minutes.
- Cool, unwrap and serve.
