Shrimp Scampi Pasta

Ingredients
  

  • 4 tablespoon(s) olive oil
  • 4 tablespoon(s) clarified butter
  • 6 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 6 teaspoon(s) minced garlic
  • 2 floz white wine
  • 3/20 teaspoon(s) basil
  • 4/25 teaspoon(s) oregano
  • 1/2 fresh lemon
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) salt, to taste
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) pepper, to taste
  • 1 parsley
  • 1 Tomatoes

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil and butter.
  • Add shrimp and garlic.
  • Simmer.
  • Add wine, then basil and oregano.
  • Simmer.
  • Add juice of lemon, salt and pepper.
  • Serve over pasta.
  • Garnish with parsley and tomatoes.
  • Double up on the olive oil and omit the butter if you wish.
