Slices of Lemon

When someone gives you lemons, make lemon slices! A great way to cool off any time of year.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup(s) butter
  • 1/2 cup(s) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 lemon, juice and zest
  • 8 tea biscuits, crushed
  • 1 cup(s) flaked coconut

Instructions
 

  • In a small microwave plate over medium heat, melt together butter and sweetened condensed milk for 20 sec.
  • Stir in crushed biscuits, lemon juice, zest and coconut; mix well.
  • Press into a 9x9 inch dish.
  • Refrigerate overnight before slicing or the squares will come out sticky.
  • No cooking needed - 20 sec.
