Sugar Free Health Cookies

Healthier than your average cookie. They are sugar-free and delicious. If you wish, you could add some spice to give these cookies a lift.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup(s) raisins
  • 1/2 cup(s) dates, pitted and chopped
  • 8 floz water
  • 1/4 cup(s) vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup(s) vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon(s) baking soda
  • 3 teaspoon(s) aspartame sweetener
  • 1 cup(s) all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup(s) rolled oats

Instructions
 

  • In a small pan mix together raisins, dates, and water.
  • Bring to a boil for 3 minutes, and then cool.
  • In a medium bowl, stir together oil, eggs, vanilla, artificial sweetener, flour, baking soda, and oats.
  • Add the boiled mixture to this, stir, and refrigerate overnight.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Drop cookies from a tbs onto a cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes in the preheated oven.
