Veggie Pita
Italian dressing tops off this healthy mix of cabbage, carrots, cucumber, and other fresh produce in a pita. If you're looking for a healthy, satisying meal, that's a wrap.
Ingredients
- 1 whole pita cut in half
- 1 handful of your favorite lettuce
- 1/4 cup(s) red cabbage, sliced into strips
- 1 grated carrot
- 1 dash(es) black pepper
- 667/1000 tablespoon(s) Italian dressing
- 1/4 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 2 slices of tomato, sliced in halves
- 1/2 avocado, sliced or mashed
- 1 handful of sprouts
Instructions
- Slightly warm the pita halves in the microwave or oven for easier handling.
- In a small bowl, toss together the lettuce, red cabbage, carrot, black pepper and fat-free Italian dressing.
- Layer the ingredients inside each pita half in the following order: lettuce mix, cottage cheese, cucumber, tomato, avocado and sprouts.
- Ready in 15 min.
