Ingredients
For 8 people
2cans garbanzo beans, drained
2cucumbers, halved lengthwise and sliced
12cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 red onion, chopped
2cloves garlic, minced
15 ounce(s) can black olives, drained and chopped
1 ounce(s) crumbled feta cheese
8 tablespoon(s) Italian-style salad dressing
1/2lemon, juiced
1/2 teaspoon(s) garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon(s) ground black pepper
Directions
Combine the beans, cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, garlic, olives, cheese, salad dressing, lemon juice, garlic salt and pepper. Toss together and refrigerate 2 hours before serving. Serve chilled.
