Summer Pasta Salad

- 1/2 cup(s) uncooked large bow tie pasta
- 6 cup(s) spring greens
- 1 cup(s) grape tomatoes, halved lengthwise
- 1/2 cup(s) gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
- 3 tablespoon(s) olive oil
- 3 tablespoon(s) white wine vinegar
- 1 Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup(s) pine nuts, toasted
Cook pasta as directed on package.
Drain, rinse with cold water, and drain again.
In a large salad bowl, mix cooked pasta, spring greens, tomatoes, and cheese.
Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar, tossing to coat.

Divide salad on to four dinner plates.
