Ingredients

  • 2 cucumbers, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup(s) walnuts, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon(s) organic olive oil
  • 1/2 cup(s) finely chopped fresh dill (NOT dried
  • 4 cup(s) plain yogurt
  • 1 cup(s) sour cream
  • 2 cup(s) half and half

Directions

Mix the cucumbers, walnuts, olive oil, and dill together. Cover and place in refrigerator for 2 hours. Add the yogurt, sour cream, and half-and-half and chill thoroughly before serving.
