Finely chop the filet and anchovy. Incorporate the onion, garlic and capers with the meat and place in mixing bowl. Add egg yolk, Dijon, dry demi, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly. Last, add the vinegar. Roll mix, then place onto chilled salad plate. Shape into one round 5-oz. patty. Finish with chopped parsley and serve with toast points
