Some like it hot! If you love seared tuna, you'll flip over this great recipe with a little bite. Tuna steak... the wasabi way!
For 1 people
Saut onions until golden brown. Add soy and fish sauce; simmer until dark brown. Puree cucumber. Add sour cream, wasabi paste and salt and pepper. Sprinkle pepper blend on one side of tuna; sear in hot saut pan. Flip and sear on plain side for 30-45 seconds. Slice and serve over onions, with wasabi sauce as garnish.
