Exotic Rice
Spice up your rice with some exotic mushrooms and onions. You won't believe how much a little kick can go a long, long way.
Ingredients
For 4 people
- 3 cup(s) chopped exotic mushrooms
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1/4 cup(s) butter
- 5 cup(s) cooked white rice
- 1 soy sauce, to taste
- 1 salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup(s) green onions, sliced
Directions
In a large skillet saute mushrooms and onion in butter until soft. Stir in cooked rice, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and green onions. Cook until heated through and serve immediately.
