Homemade Honey-Mustard Chicken

Ingredients
For 4 people
- 1 cup(s) mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon(s) dry mustard
- 1 tablespoon(s) onion, minced
- 16 ounce(s) chicken breasts, skinless-boneless, poached and cut into 1/2-inch strips
- 1/2 cup(s) seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup(s) sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoon(s) honey
- 3 teaspoon(s) Dijon mustard
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a medium bowl, combine 1/2 cup of the mayonnaise, the dry mustard, and the onion and mix to blend well. Add chicken and toss to coat.
- In a shallow bowl, toss breadcrumbs and sesame seeds to mix. Roll chicken strips in breadcrumbs to coat. Place in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, until lightly browned and crisped.
- Meanwhile, blend remaining 1 cup mayonnaise with honey and Dijon mustard for dipping.
