Lovely Salmon Loaf with Rice
Don't feel guilty about loafing around tonight, especially when you prepare this salmon and rice medley. This simple recipe won't have you fishing around for your ingrediants. No fuss with all the mouth-watering frills.
Ingredients
For 1 people
- 1/2 cup(s) cooked rice
- 2 cup(s) salmon
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup(s) milk
- 1 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon(s) grated onion, optional
- 1 tablespoon(s) chopped parsley
- 1 dash(es) salt
- 1 dash(es) pepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients except rice together. Place half of the rice in a greased mold or bread pan. Top with half of the salmon mixture, then the remaining rice, and then the remaining salmon mixture. Set pan in pan of hot water and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
