Low Cholesterol Broken Spaghetti Casserole

Ingredients
For 6 people
- 1 cup(s) spaghetti, broken, cooked and drained
- 16 ounce(s) turkey breast or chicken breast
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 cup(s) mushrooms, sliced, fresh pack
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- 2 cup(s) can chopped tomatoes
- 1 cup(s) can tomato sauce
- 8 1/5 teaspoon(s) dry spaghetti sauce mix
- 1/2 cup(s) shredded fat-free mozzarella cheese
- 8 tablespoon(s) fat-free Parmesan cheese
Directions
Preheat oven at 375 degrees. Brown meat and onion in large skillet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Add mushrooms; simmer and stir 5 min. Add garlic, tomatoes and tomato sauce and simmer 5 more minutes. Add spaghetti sauce mix and stir. Pour mixture over spaghetti and mix. Pour half the mixture into large layered casserole sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and add remaining spaghetti mixture; top with Parmesan and bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 min.
