No-Fat Spinach Dip

Who doesn't love spinach dip? This party staple is every bit as good as the traditional variation without all of the fat and calories. Like Popeye says, eat all your spinach and fight to the finish!


No-Fat Spinach Dip

Ingredients

For 14 people

  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach
  • 2 tablespoon(s) dry vegetable soup mix
  • 14 ounce(s) plain non-fat yogurt
  • 4 tablespoon(s) nonfat mayonnaise
  • 1 cup(s) water chestnuts, drained and chopped
  • 2 tablespoon(s) chopped green onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) dry mustard

Directions

Thaw spinach, drain and squeeze until dry. Stir dry soup before measuring to mix evenly. Mix all ingredients. Chill and serve.
