Open sesame -- this white pepper salad dressing is a tangy & tempting blend that combines tarragon vinegar, white pepper, Parmesan and sesame seeds. It's an adventure in taste.

Ingredients

For 1 people

  • 10 2/3 tablespoon(s) tarragon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup(s) sugar
  • 1 teaspoon(s) dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) white pepper
  • 8 tablespoon(s) Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup(s) sesame seeds

Directions

  1. Mix first seven ingredients together and refrigerate.
  2. Immediately before serving, add 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese and 1/4 cup sesame seed.
  3. Serve on lettuce with chopped water chestnuts.
