Ingredients
1 pound ground chicken or turkey breast
2 tsp. garlic
2 tsp. ginger
4 tbsp. soy sauce
1 1/2-2 c. cooked brown rice
16 romaine or Bibb lettuce leaves
1 c. green onions
1 c. green or red pepper
1 c. bean sprouts
1 c. zucchini
Dipping Sauce:
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tsp. minced garlic
3 tsp. fresh ginger, minced
1 tsp. sugar

Methods/steps
Cook ground meat with green onions. Once meat is almost done, add in the rest of the veggies, soy sauce, garlic and ginger. When meat is completely done, add rice and stir until well mixed. Add all the ingredients for sauce and put in small saucers so everyone gets one. Wrap meat mixture in lettuce leaves and dip in the sauce.
