Oh say can you sea... a super scallop dish. These scallops are marinated for one hour and then placed in individual ramekins that will be used for both baking and serving. Simply divine.

Ingredients
1/2 cup of dry vermouth
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 small clove garlic, crushed
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 lb. scallops
Buttered breadcrumbs

Methods/steps
Mix first 4 ingredients in a bowl. Add scallops. Marinate for 1 hour in refrigerator. Spoon scallops and marinade into ramekins, individual dishes used for both baking and serving. Place under broiler and broil for 3 minutes. Turn and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Broil for 3 minutes more.
