Basil & Cheese Tortilla Wedges
One can never have too many appetizers. These basil and cheese tortilla wedges require little time and effort, yet yield a satisfying end product. They're fabulous finger foods for an afternoon snack or a party favorite.
Ingredients
For 8 people
- 2 flour tortillas
- 3 tablespoon(s) cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup(s) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 6 fresh basil leaves
- 2/3 tablespoon(s) zesty Italian dressing
- 2 teaspoon(s) grated parmesan cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place 1 tortilla on baking sheet; spread with cream cheese. Top with mozzarella cheese, basil leaves and second tortilla. Brush or drizzle with dressing; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 8 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into eight wedges to serve.
