Blue Cheese Steak Butter
The only thing better than a juicy steak is a juicy topped with this creamy, dreamy blue cheese butter. It's sure to make your meat sizzle with goodness.
1 stick unsalted butter, softened
1/4 cup premium blue cheese crumbles
1 tsp. Lawry’s Seasoning Salt
2 tbsp. scallion, chopped
Place all ingredients in a mixer bowl; whip until fluffy. Place in wax paper; roll into cylinder and place in refrigerator. Grill thick ribeyes and top with a slice of butter.
