Ingredients
2 (10 oz.) packages frozen chopped broccoli
2 cups milk
2 (10 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
2 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. tarragon
6 tbsp. all-purpose flour
12 tbsp. water

Methods/steps
Cook broccoli in boiling salted water until tender. Drain and add next 6 ingredients. Heat and stir until mixed. Continue to heat, stirring occasionally until hot. Add salt and pepper. Whisk flour into water in a small bowl until smooth. Stir into boiling soup until it returns to boil and thickens.
