Cajun Tuna with Pasta
Spicy tuna and cheesy pasta makes this exciting comfort food.

4 tbsp. butter
2 cups whole cream
2 tbsp.granulated garlic
12 oz. fettuccine, cooked and drained
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 8-oz. tuna filets
1)-In saucepan, over medium-high heat, add butter and whole cream. Bring to boil; add garlic and pepper to taste.
2)-When reduced to desired thickness, add Romano cheese, pasta and parsley; toss.
3)-Spread a small amount of olive oil on tuna; dip in Cajun seasoning.
4)-Grill to desired temperature. Serve fish on top of pasta.
