Ingredients
  • 1 lb. chicken breast, sliced
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 4-1/2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp. tarragon
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • Salt to taste

  • Methods/steps
    1. Melt butter over medium heat in saucepan. Stir in flour, herbs, black pepper; cook and stir for 2-3 minutes. Gradually whisk in milk until smooth. Add bouillon cubes; cook and stir over heat until gravy thickens and bubbles for one minute.
    2. Stir-fry the slices of chicken breast and cover with gravy.
