Classic Beef & Bean Casserole
Beans and beef are the two main staples in this casserole delight that's the ultimate comfort food. Serve along side rice and a salad.
At a glance
- Melt oil, add onions, saut until tender. Add meat, brown lightly. Add rest of ingredients, except cheese, stir with 2-tined fork to avoid breaking beans. Pour into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole, top with grated cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
