EZ Steak Sandwich
If you are on a tight budget, you can “dignify” chuck roast for a perfect sandwich meal. With this steak sandwich, you'll get a lot for a little.
At a glance
- Boil in Dutch oven roast, bouillon cubes and garlic powder approximately 4-5 hours or until you can shred it. Add Italian seasoning and pepper to taste. Take out all fat before adding seasonings. Serve on sub buns. Reserve some broth to use as a dip for sandwiches.
