Frugal Potato Skins
Serve it with your favorite dressing and do not feel frugal while eating this!

4 potato's peelings
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Scrub potato skins, and pat dry. Place them in a medium bowl, and pour salad dressing over. Toss to coat. Spread the potato skins out in a thin layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven, until crisp and golden.
