Ingredients
  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 cup instant rice, uncooked
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 2 10 oz. cans tomato soup
  • 1 cup of water
  • 6-8 cups cabbage, shredded
  • 1 large bell pepper
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed

  • Methods/steps
    1. Cook meat and onion over medium heat 8-10 minutes until it is brown, then drain and stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon into ungreased 22 qt. casserole dishes, cover and then bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
