Low Sodium Grilled Shrimp
Some shrimp contain natural sodium, so there's no reason to add more. This healthy and hearty grilled shrimp tips the scale in the lite direction.
At a glance
1 lb. large shrimp, peeled 2 tbsp. lime juice 1 tbsp. honey 1/2 tsp. cilantro 1/2 tsp. cumin 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Combine all ingredients in a zipped plastic bag. Turn to coat shrimp well. Marinate at least 2 hours. Grill or sauté until done.
