1 cup split peas, yellow or green

3 cups water
1 cup string beans, cut 1 inch
1 cup cubed 1-inch summer squash
Sea salt to taste
1/4 cup coconut flakes, unsweetened
1 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. Ghee butter
