Pasta and Broccoli Side
This recipe gives you an easy side of pasta and broccoli. You've got the best of both worlds rolled into one delicious dish.
2 1/2 lb. fresh broccoli, pieces
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/3 cup vegetable oil
8 oz. cooked linguine
1 tbsp. margarine
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
grated Parmesan cheese
Saute broccoli, garlic, margarine, salt and pepper with oil until tender. Toss gently with pasta and serve topped with grated Parmesan.
