3/4 cup basic white sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 cup diced tomato
6 jumbo shrimp
6 oz. fettuccine, cooked al dente
Saute garlic in olive oil 2 minutes. Add garlic to your basic white sauce; add tomatoes and simmer 1 minute. Add shrimp and stir. Plate the fettuccine and top with shrimp sauce. Serve with garlic bread.
Make a basic white sauce with butter, flour, milk, salt and pepper.
