Spaghetti with Sausage
This special sausage sauce is prepared in a crockpot. About 14 minutes before the sauce is done cooking, prepare the spaghetti. Serve with a nice tossed salad and a loaf of garlic bread.

Ingredients
2 lb. Italian sausage
48 oz. spaghetti sauce
1 (6 oz.) can of tomato paste
Green pepper, sliced thin
1 large onion, sliced thin
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 cup of water
1 lb. cooked spaghetti

Methods/steps
Place sausage in skillet and cover in water. Simmer 10 minutes and drain. Meanwhile place remaining ingredients in crock-pot and add drained sausage and cover; cook on low 4 hours. Increase to high; cook 1 hour more. Cut sausage in bite-size slices and serve over cooked spaghetti. Sprinkle with more Parmesan.
