This crab cake recipe tastes so great that you'll never go back to making them any other way. The spicy seasoning gives it just the right kick. It's a shell of a meal.

Ingredients
2 lb. crab meat
5 egg yolks, beaten
2/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Cajun seasoning
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 1/2 cups bread crumbs

Methods/steps
Remove all cartilage from crabmeat. In a bowl, mix all ingredients. Shape into patties. Dredge in flour and cook cakes in frying pan until golden brown.
