An elegant appetizer that can easily be double, tripled or increased even more for a party crowd.
1 onion, sliced
Sauté onions, peppers, spinach, ham and mushrooms in garlic butter. Add breadcrumbs and spices. Stuff mixture into oyster shells with oysters. Place in 400-degree oven for 7 minutes. Remove, top with provolone. Bake an additional 1 1/2 minutes, until cheese melts. Drizzle with garlic butter and serve.
