Ingredients

1 onion, sliced

1/4 roasted red pepper, cut into strips
1 handful fresh spinach, chopped
2 slices prosciutto ham, cut into strips
4 mushrooms, sliced
2 tsp. garlic
2 oz. melted butter
1 cup Japanese breadcrumbs
Pinch each basil, thyme and oregano
6 oysters on the half shell
3 slices provolone cheese, halved


Methods/steps

Sauté onions, peppers, spinach, ham and mushrooms in garlic butter. Add breadcrumbs and spices. Stuff mixture into oyster shells with oysters. Place in 400-degree oven for 7 minutes. Remove, top with provolone. Bake an additional 1 1/2 minutes, until cheese melts. Drizzle with garlic butter and serve.
