Get everyone going for a health evening stroll. If you're still feeling crunched for time during the day, wait until the kids are ready for bed and pop in a yoga tape for an evening session. The secret is to adjust your schedule and see where you can compromise to ensure that your needs are met. Maybe a morning workout is in order or perhaps you can fit an hour-long walk in at lunch. Where there's a will, there's a way.
