Bacon-Brown Sugar Crackers

The ingredients might seem an odd combination, but once you try one, it's hard to stop even after 3 or 4!

  • 24 club crackers
  • 12 slices of bacon (regular cut works best)
  • brown sugar, to taste

Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Place a wire rack over a baking sheet lined with tinfoil.

Cut the bacon strips in half and separate. Sprinkle 1 tsp. brown sugar on top of each cracker, wrap with a piece of bacon. Place crackers on wire rack and bake for 1 hour. Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes before transferring to serving platter.
