You can store fresh muffins in the freezer individually in a plastic bag. In the night before, take out of the freezer the quantity you want for breakfast. Thaw them overnight. Warm them in an oven toaster in the morning. The length of time will depend on how crispy you want them to come out. You can also microwave them for ten seconds immediately before eating them.
