Justin Bieber has had a busy 2013 with a number of scandals making the headlines. In April, Swedish police found pot on the teen singer's tour bus, though no charges were filed in connection with the bust. The international incident was not the first time the Biebs has been connected to the controlled substance: Tabloids have printed photos of Bieber smoking marijuana with friends.
